Q: I did not receive the digital file that I ordered, or that was included with my package.
A:  Digital files are delivered via email as noted on two separate places in red print on our order forms.  Digital files are typically not delivered for three reasons:
1.) An email address was not provided on the form, despite our requesting it in two places                      in red print.   This is by far the #1 reason.
2.) The email address was not printed in clear legible text
3.) The digital file was caught in your spam filter

Q: What can I do to get the digital file?
A: From August to May of the school year of your order, you can contact us via email or the form below, we will pull your order to verify purchase of a digital file, and we will send it via email to the address you provide us.
After May, we consider all sales complete and move all our orders in to storage and are unable to help.

Please Note: 
The 11x14 Group Composite photos take a significant amount of time to design.  This design time is unpredictable as it typically requires proofing.  During the fall our focus is on delivering the individual portraits.  The 11x14 Group Composites are typically shipped in the spring semester.
